Even though we are approaching fall (except if you live in Texas), neon is still all the rage. I see people still sporting this color trend in various ways.
You can dress it up or you can dress it down. Add a plan classic solid for a little sophistication or a fun vintage tee for some rockers edge. Whatever you choose to do, accessorize it!!! Use bling or your basic gold/silver pieces to finalize your look.
