I was in Tiff's Treats and saw its young lady all suited up for Fall and it got me all excited about scarves and boots! 

If you live in Texas you can get away with wearing boots and shorts, scarves and short skirts! It's a luxury! 

I also want to shout out my Lil'Bro, he knows how to  put together a good thrifted outfit and rocks it with the upmost confidence.
